FACT Act
In order to
comply with a new federal law, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction
Act of 2003, Bank of Dwight is required to provide the following
notice to our customers:
"We may report information about your accounts to credit
bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your
accounts may be reflected in your credit report."
